Sukesh C. Khajuria, a Jammu-based eminent social activist has again written to ECI Sunil Arora to expedite the complaint Dt.15-04-2019 against Mehbooba Mufti former J&K Chief Minister and President of People's Democratic Party (PDP) for violating Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
