Jammu, March 13 -- On the eve of festival of colours-Holi-the Jammu Traffic Police have issued an advisory stating strict action against the hooligans, drunken driving and particularly against stunt biking.
In an advisory issued here, Jammu Traffic Police said that as Holi will be celebrated with great enthusiasm in Jammu City also and keeping in view the traffic scenario, the general public especially the motorists are informed that no wrong parking and road side parking would be allowed anywhere for the celebration of the festival which causes unnecessary jamming and congestion.
