Jammu, March 3 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today reaffirmed the government's commitment to restoring Jammu and Kashmir's statehood, calling it a legitimate aspiration of its citizens.

Speaking at the first budget session under the National Conference-led government, Sinha highlighted the importance of preserving the region's composite culture and ensuring peace, stability, and progress.
