UDHAMPUR, Feb. 18 -- A meeting was conducted today at the District Police Lines Udhampur chaired by SSP Udhampur Amod Ashok Nagpure -IPS, to strengthen the district's efforts in combating bovine smuggling and to intensify the surveillance of key individuals involved in such illegal activities, including the notorious kingspins behind these operations.
Officers were directed to enhance their watch over known routes used for bovine smuggling and to actively gather intelligence related to the movements and operations of smugglers.
