RAMBAN, Feb. 15 -- A crime review meeting was convened by SSP Ramban to assess the progress of cases under investigation across the district. During the meeting, all pending cases were discussed threadbare, with specific emphasis on ensuring their timely disposal strictly on merits and within the prescribed timelines. Special focus was laid on cases registered under the NDPS Act and the UA(P) Act, with directions issued for expeditious investigation, effective supervision, and quality prosecution.
