DODA, Nov. 21 -- SSP Doda, Sh. Sandeep Mehta (JKPS) today chaired Thana Diwas at Police Station Doda, accompanied by ASP Hqrs Doda. The programme is a part of the district-wide public outreach and grievance-redressal initiative aimed at strengthening police-public cooperation and ensuring community-centric policing.
During the interaction, members of the public raised several issues including traffic congestion and overloading on link roads, the unregulated increase in e-rickshaws within the town, checking of vehicles at naka points, and tenant verification by police stations.
