Jammu, Dec. 20 -- Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jammu, Joginder Singh, JKPS, on Friday launched an online Tenant Verification web portal titled "KIRAYEDAR" for the general public, aimed at strengthening internal security and ensuring effective tenant monitoring in the district.
Given past incidents of anti-social activities by Anti-National Elements (ANEs), Jammu and Kashmir Police has been emphasizing the need for robust tenant verification to maintain peace and public safety. Jammu, being the winter capital of the Union Territory, witnesses a continuous influx of people from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly during the Secretariat's winter move.
