JAMMU, Dec. 29 -- The Special Crime Wing (SCW) Crime Branch Jammu today, 29-12-2025, filed a charge-sheet against Uttama Devi W/o Sh. Hans Raj, R/o Village Shingani, Tehsil Gandoh Bhalessa, District Doda in FIR No. 06/2024 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 RPC of Police Station SCW Jammu.
While sharing the details, SSP SCW Jammu Sh. Sanjay Parihar, JKPS informed that the case originated from a written complaint, alleging therein that the accused person has fraudulently procured a fake Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.E) degree purportedly from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kalyanpur, Kanpur (UP).
