Jammu, March 2 -- Heavy snowfall, landslides and snow avalanches have blocked the key roads in Kishtwar district.
According to the details available with Early Times due to a landslide at Pathernaki in Nagsini tehsil, an important thoroughfare Kishtwar-Padder-Kellar (Himachal Pradesh) road has got blocked for vehicular movement with over 30000 population living in Padder Sub Division getting totally cut off from the rest of the Union Territory.
Kellar & Pangi areas of neighbouring Himachal Pradesh that mostly remain dependent on this strategically important road for connectivity during winters due to closure of Sach Pass have also become inaccessible.
