JAMMU, April 16 -- In its endeavour to provide justice to the hapless lady, acting swiftly and proactively, Nowabad Police today on 16.04.2025 solved a purse snatching case, arrested 02 snatchers and recovered Gold/ Silver items worth Rs 6 lacs from their possession.
On 06.04.2025, a person namely Ishan Sodi S/O Bansi Lal R/O Tali Morh, New Plot, Jammu reported at P/S Nowabad to the effect that his wife was going to attend some function at her parents house at Bari Brahmana.She boarded off from the Bus in Jewel area and was waiting for other Bus at the road side. Suddenly, 02 unknown boys came from behind and fled away after snatching her purse which she was holding in her hand.
