JAMMU, Feb. 17 -- SKUAST-Jammu organized a one-day training program on "Processing and Value Addition of Seasonal Fruits" at Bhagwati Nagar, Talab Tillo, Jammu, under the guidance of Prof. B.N. Tripathi, Vice Chancellor. The event was part of the DST-funded project on "Documentation, Revival, and Upscaling of Indigenous Knowledge Systems" in the Pir Panjal and Shivalik Ranges of Jammu & Kashmir. The project is led by Dr. Anil Bhat, Associate Director Research at SKUAST-Jammu.
