JAMMU, March 17 -- The Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry at SKUAST-Jammu collaborated with ICAR-National Bureau of Animal Genetic Resources (ICAR-NBAGR), Karnal, Haryana, to host a Farmers Interactive Meet/Training Programme on March 17, 2025. The event, under the esteemed leadership of Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) B.N Tripathi, and the able guidance of Dr. Rajesh Katoch, Dean of F.V.Sc. & A.H., aimed to educate farmers on various aspects of animal health, nutrition, breeding, feeding, and management, along with the significant role of preserving our indigenous germplasm.
