Jammu, Sept. 5 -- Shri Bhupender Gupta has taken over as Chairman & Managing Director of NHPC Limited, India's premier hydropower company and a 'Navratna' enterprise of Government of India, on 04.09.2025 at Corporate Office, Faridabad. Before joining NHPC, he was Director (Technical), THDC India Limited. Shri Gupta is also holding the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN Limited.
Shri Bhupender Gupta holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in Operations Management.
