Keeping in view reports of the involvement of senior police officers in the real-estate business, higher-ups in the police department has recently transferred one SHO from the outskirt of Jammu after it was established that he has taken gift of plot in lieu of hushing up a murder case.
Credible sources said that some people brought to the notice of police higher-ups that one SHO, deployed in the outskirts of Jammu was doing business allegedly in lieu of protecting murder accused.
