Jammu, Sept. 9 -- The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Jammu, under the visionary leadership of Sh. Shantmanu (IAS), Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary, Director SCERT Jammu and Kashmir, and under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sindhu Kapoor,, Joint Director, SCERT Jammu Division, organised a one-day consultative meet on 9th of September 2025 to review and vet significant research studies undertaken by its Research Cell under UT budget.
