SAMBA, Dec. 19 -- As a part of its relentless effort against drug peddlers/smugglers, Samba Police has attached a residential house and an alto car bearing registration number JK02CR-3823 valuing approximately 46.48 lacs belonging to notorious drug peddler Wali Mohd S/o Lal Hussain R/o Chak Murara tehsil Bishnah district Jammu, presently residing at Balole Khad Bari Brahmana district Samba.
The action was taken by Police under sections 68-E read with 68-F of NDPS Act of 1985 and is linked with case FIR No.173/2025 u/s 8/21/22/25/29 NDPS Act of PS Bari Brahmana.
The residential house valuing rupees 42.86 lacs approximately and the car valuing rupees 3,62,293.00, making a total of rupees 46,48,293.00, were identified as illegally acquired p...
