SAMBA, March 11 -- Samba Police has arrested a notorious drug smuggler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bari Brahmana who was evading his arrest from the last two years.
During the course of investigation of case FIR No. 139/2023 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act and FIR No. 66/2024 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana, police has established backward linkages with meticulous investigation coupled with technical assistance and found the involvement of notorious drug smuggler Sham Din S/o Murid Ali R/o Sarore Adda tehsil Bari Brahmana district Samba as backward linkage in both the said FIRs.
