State administration was forced to withdraw 2G mobile internet services within 36 hours after the same was restored due to rumour mongers who indulged into spreading fake news and rumours across the region.
Credible sources said that after mobile internet service was restored two days back, some rumour mongers were indulged into spreading fake news. These rumour mongers were spreading fake news about violent incidents in some parts of Jammu region.
