Jammu, Nov. 19 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Rohiin Chandan today welcomed the commencement of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in West Bengal and hailed the Election Commission of India's proactive measures to ensure a clean, accurate, and impartial electoral roll ahead of future elections.
