JAMMU, Dec. 18 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Police today organized a solemn programme to pay rich tributes to Martyr Grewal Singh at his memorial in Mishriwala, on the occasion of his martyrdom anniversary. Martyr Grewal Singh, a brave son of the Jammu and Kashmir Police and a recipient of the President's Police Medal, laid down his life while displaying exceptional gallantry during a terrorist attack in Rajouri in 2003.
Remembering the martyr's supreme sacrifice, speakers highlighted his courage, unwavering dedication to duty, and deep commitment to the security of the nation. His bravery and selflessness were described as a source of inspiration for society and a guiding example for the younger generation.
