KATHUA, March 18 -- The Returning Officer for the Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency, Dr Rakesh Minhas (DC Kathua) chaired a meeting today with the Flying Squad Teams assigned for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections- 2024.
