Udhampur, Sept. 9 -- On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Mrs. Saloni Rai (IAS), a special relief operation was carried out today in the far-flung and difficult terrain of Ladha village, Tehsil Udhampur. Tehsildar Udhampur, Sh. Jai Singh, along with his dedicated revenue field staff, undertook the visit to assess the ground situation in the wake of recent floods and incessant rains that have severely impacted the region.
During the visit, the team interacted with the affected families and took note of the damage caused by the natural calamity.
