HIRANAGAR, Feb. 15 -- The Red Ribbon Club of Government GLDM Degree College, Hiranagar, successfully organized a Poster Making Competition on the theme "Fight Against AIDS." The competition played a crucial role in promoting artistic expression and community involvement while spreading awareness about the disease. The programme was initiated in collaboration with NACO, The J&K AIDS Control Society, and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). NACO operates under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and is responsible for formulating policies and implementing programs to combat HIV/AIDS in the country.
