REASI, May 23 -- its continued crusade against drug trafficking under the flagship campaign "Ek Yudh Nashe Ke Virudh," Reasi Police has achieved a major success by arresting two drug peddlers and recovering a total of 4.56 grams of heroin-like substance in Katra.
Acting swiftly on intelligence, a police party from Police Station Katra intercepted a suspicious Scooty bearing registration number JK20A-3371. During checking and frisking, the team recovered 2.360 grams of heroin-like substance from the rider identified as Kahar Singh S/O Baldev Singh R/O Migrant Colony, Talwara and 2.200 grams from the pillion rider Kuljeet Singh S/O Sher Singh R/O Chiladh, Arnas A/P Gran Morh, Reasi.
