REASI, May 8 -- In a major success against forest-related crimes, Reasi Police today intercepted a vehicle carrying illegally transported Khair logs during routine naka checking in the Katra area, underscoring their continued commitment to protect the region's natural resources.
The incident took place at Sarna, Katra area where Police Party stopped a Mahindra Bolero bearing registration number JK21B-0008, driven by Saber Hussain S/o Shuker Din R/o Chapanoo Tehsil and District Reasi. Upon inspection, the vehicle was found to be loaded with approximately 06 quintals of Khair logs.
