Cruel Transportation of Bull Foiled at Nomain Check Post
On 15.11.2025 at about 1900 hours, a blue-coloured 3-wheeler without a registration number was intercepted by the Incharge Nomain Check Post during routine checking.
The vehicle was found being driven by Atif Mohd S/O Mohd Sharif, R/O Dhammi Kotli Jhajjar and Ashiq Ali S/O Barkat Ali, R/O Dhror, Katra (Co-driver).
Upon thorough checking, police found one black-coloured bull being transported from Katra towards the Jammu-Srinagar Highway, allegedly intended to be moved further towards Kashmir without the mandatory permission of the District Magistrate....
