JAMMU, Sept. 4 -- The Ramakrishna Mission (RKM) Medical Centre at Udheywala, Jammu, successfully conducted its first batch of cataract surgeries in its newly established state-of-the-art Modular Operation Theatre (OT) on Thursday.
The inaugural batch included eight patients, who underwent cataract surgery performed by Dr. Ankur Goel, with the dedicated assistance of the RKM Medical Centre team.
This milestone marks a significant step in the Centre's mission to provide high-quality eye care at affordable costs, ensuring accessibility for all sections of society, particularly underprivileged communities.
