NOWSHERA, Jan. 18 -- The majority of Private Schools of Rajouri district have been functioning in violation of norms thereby the children and parents are being cheated at the hand of these commercial education shops, who have been charging exorbitant fee in the name facilities.
Sources told Early Times that the private education institutions operating across Rajouri district have been charging exorbitant school fee but the quality of education being provided by these institutions is not up to the mark as a result students are being betrayed.
