JAMMU, July 9 -- In a joint meeting of executive and advisory committees of the Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Akademy (BDSA), Jammu and Kashmir was held at its headquarters at Roop Nagar, the Working President of the Academy, Sh. B.R. Kundal, IAS (Retd.), Former Chief Secretary of J&K, Former Minister and MLC, officially launched "Forty Days After"-a new book authored by Er. Rajesh Kumar Angural. Addressing the gathering, Sh. Kundal lauded the author's effort to candidly explore the emotional and existential dimensions of retirement life, an inevitable milestone and a transition from government service to a more contemplative life phase.
