Jammu, Nov. 2 -- In a significant breakthrough, Police Station R.S Pura achieved success in arresting two absconders who had been evading arrest for the past five years in a UAPA case registered under FIR No. 63/2020 U/S 120-B/121/121-A IPC, 13/17/39 ULA (P/S R.S Pura).
The arrested absconders have been identified as 1)Owais Farooq S/O Farooq Ahmed Waza and 2) Ahsan Fayaz Leilu S/O Fayaz Ahmed Leilu, both residents of Old Town, Baramulla, Kashmir. Due to their prolonged evasion, the Hon'ble 3rd Additional Sessions Court, Jammu had earlier issued warrants under Section 299 CrPC against them.
