UDHAMPUR, Dec. 17 -- To strengthen the grievance redressal mechanism at the grassroots level, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai today conducted a public outreach cum grievance redressal camp at Panchayat Sira-A - a far-flung area in Block Latti-Marothi.
En-route, the Deputy Commissioner inaugurated a honey processing unit of Sudhmahadev Honey Producer Cooperative Ltd at village Chourt, established under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme. The scheme offers 50 per cent subsidy to promote local entrepreneurship and enhancing farmers' income.
