Vijaypur, May 29 -- Principal Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur Ranjit Singh Sambyal, IPS, decorated two newly Promoted Head Constables and two Sg.Constable of J&K Armed Police with new ranks who have recently been promoted to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspector and Head Constable respectively by APHQ J&K. An impressive function was organized at PTTI Vijaypur.
