Jammu, Dec. 11 -- A powerful politician of Rajouri town defying government orders prevents construction in flood zone raised multi storied complex near Salani Bridge.
The Municipal Committee Rajouri turned blind eye, as the building belongs to a powerful politician. "The politician started construction works in past too but the then Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Aijaz Asad stopped the works on many occasions, but after his transfer, the politician find an opportunity started raising his building illegally with permission from the competent authority", sources said
"The area was declared as no construction zone after 2014 floods by Administration", they said.
