JAMMU, May 23 -- Demonstrating swift action and professional competence, Jammu Police have solved a theft case reported from the cremation ground building at Gujjar Nagar within 24 hours of the incident.
On May 22, 2025, Police Post Gujjar Nagar received credible information regarding a theft at the cremation ground premises. As per initial reports, an unidentified person had unlawfully entered the building, forcibly broke open its door, vandalized donation boxes meant for public charity, and decamped with cash.
