JAMMU, July 7 -- Continuing its strict action against drug trafficking, Jammu Police arrested a notorious drug peddler from the Bus Stand area and recovered 12 grams of heroin (chitta) along with a Swift (dzire)car bearing registration number JK04H-9771
Acting on specific input, a police team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Vikas Dogra apprehended a notorious drug peddler identified as: mohd Rustam Shah s/o Nazir Ahmed r/o Baramula.
In this connection a case FIR No. 43/2025 U/S 8/21/22/ NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Bus Stand and further investigation is underway.
