JAMMU, July 12 -- BJP spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan said that the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijali Yojna (PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme) , launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has brought significant relief to poor and middle-class families. He stated that this scheme will not only reduce the burden of electricity bills on people but will also help them become self-reliant.
