Jammu, July 11 -- A plantation drive was held under Greening Jammu at Shiv Temple Sunjwan. Chander Mohan Gupta Mayor Jammu started the drive b y planting a sapling in the premises of Shiv Temple. 150 plants of different species were planted , mostly ornamental and medicinal plants were planted. Sunil Singh Divisional Forest Officer Urban Forestry Division Jammu said that the drive will cover the Urban area of Jammu , Greening Jammu drive was held in collaboration with trustee of Gayatri Parivar, Charak Rajput Sabha Sunjwan and Urban Forestry Division Jammu.
