KISHTWAR, Sept. 13 -- In a landmark achievement for healthcare in the Kishtwar district, the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Chatroo and Health & Wellness Centre Udil Gojran Chatroo have been awarded the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), in recognition of their commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
PHC Chatroo secured an impressive 91.49% score, while the Health & Wellness Centre Udil Gojran achieved 79.92%, successfully meeting all parameters required for NQAS certification. This marks a historic milestone, as the twin facilities become the first health centres in the Kishtwar district to achieve this prestigious accreditation.
