JAMMU, Sept. 17 -- The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Jammu Division, under the leadership of Sh. Shantmanu (IAS), Director SCERT J&K, and the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sindhu Kapoor, Joint Director SCERT Jammu, a two-day Training-cum-Orientation Programme(Phase-2) , organised by the department of Population Education, Girls' Education, ECCE and Education for all, for District Nodal Officers (DNOs) and Zonal Nodal Officers (ZNOs) of NIPUN Bharat, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), and Vidya Pravesh at SCERT Jammu, concluded today on September 17, 2025, with the aim of strengthening foundational learning at the grassroots level.
