JAMMU, Nov. 29 -- Former Vice Chairman and eminent social activist Balbir Ram Rattan emphasized the crucial role of parents in nurturing the hidden talents of their children beyond academics. He made these remarks during a vibrant painting exhibition held at Kala Kendra, Jammu.
The exhibition was organised by The Himalayan Avion, a social organisation dedicated to bird study, awareness, and conservation. The initiative was led by its Head and Member of the J&K Wildlife Board, Guldev Raj. The event showcased more than 400 paintings created by budding students from various schools across Jammu province, attracting significant attention from art lovers, educators, and conservation enthusiasts.
