Jammu, May 12 -- The Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) of the Indian Army, Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai, on Monday, unequivocally stated that Operation Sindoor was exclusively aimed at terrorists and terror groups operating from Pakistan. He emphasized that India's fight is solely against terrorism and its infrastructure in Pakistan, not against the Pakistani Army or its civilians.
Addressing a joint press conference alongside Air Marshal A.K. Bharti of the Indian Air Force and Vice Admiral A.N. Pramod of the Navy, Lt Gen Ghai said, "Operation Sindoor was directed only at terrorists and their infrastructure. Unfortunately, the Pakistani Army chose to align with these terror groups."
