Jammu, Jan. 9 -- Amid allegations that the recently retired Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kathua carried out large-scale transfers and modifications during the final days of his service, the Director of School Education (DSE), Jammu, has ordered that all directives issued by the officer in December be kept in abeyance. In addition, the Director has summoned the District Education Planning Officer (DEPO) Kathua to his office along with all relevant records and the concerned dealing assistant for scrutiny.
