Jammu, July 14 -- Today In a continued and intensified crackdown against the illegal possession and use of banned nylon thread (commonly known as Gattu), Police Station Pacca Danga today apprehended another individual during a routine Naka checking at Manda Naka, recovering 06 rolls of the hazardous material.
The accused has been identified as Tarun Sharma S/O Sanjay Sharma R/O Khajuria Mohalla, Patyaria, District Kathua. During the Naka checking, the police team stopped the suspect riding a Scooty bearing registration number JK02CH 4954. Upon search of the vehicle's dickey, 06 rolls of banned nylon Gattu thread were recovered.
