JAMMU, April 28 -- One day Civil Defence awareness programme was organized at MAM College Jammu under the supervision of Deputy Controller, Civil Defence, Jammu. The awareness programme was attended by 300 nos students including NCC cadets and Staff. Awareness about the basic knowledge of First Aid, Fire fighting, CPR and other life saving techniques were given to the students by the Civil Defence expert. During the programme demonstration on the above said topics was also presented by the Civil Defence team. The main aim of the awareness programme was to educate students with regard to preventive measures during natural or man-made disasters.
