Jammu, July 4 -- Decision of former chief minister and National Conference stalwart Omar Abdullah to oppose granting of domicile certificates to Valmikis and refugees from West Pakistan has evoked strong reaction from various sections of the society.

Social media is flooded with various questions to target Omar Abdullah. People are asking if a U-K born person could be Chief Minister of J&K, why not a Valmiki youth whose family has been serving people of J&K since 1957 has the right to get a domicile certificate.
