The statement of Lt Governor Grish Chander Murmu over new reservation policy in JK-UT is welcomed by the state OBCs through AIBCU which clears the deprivation of the constitutional rights / due reservation to some sections in view of separate laws in J&K during governance under art 370.
In an emergency meet of the union under the leadership of its General Secretary Prof Kalidass, and all the speakers and participants welcome Lt Governor who has understood the sufferings of the state OBCs who were never called OBCs but the respective govts in jk state ,changed the name of real OBCs to OSCs (other social castes ) as stated by vice president principal Darshan Mehra
