KALAKOTE, Jan. 31 -- The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Government Degree College (GDC) Kalakote successfully concluded its seven-day winter camp with a valedictory function on 30th January, 2026, marking the culmination of a week-long programme devoted to community service, awareness, and youth development.
The valedictory function was graced by Sh. Manik Singh Rathore, Tehsildar Kalakote, as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, Sh. Manik Singh Rathore appreciated the dedication and sincere efforts of NSS volunteers and emphasized the importance of youth participation in social service and nation-building.
