SRINAGAR, Nov. 18 -- Renowned Meteorologist Sonam Lotus on Tuesday said that no major snowfall is expected in Jammu & Kashmir until December 15.

He also cautioned that temperatures are likely to dip further in the coming days, intensifying the ongoing cold wave especially across the Valley.

Lotus, while speaking to the news-gathering agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS), said that Jammu and Kashmir is most likely to experience dry weather through the end of November, with no major snowfall expected until December 15.

He added that although the skies will remain clear and the weather stable, the cold will become more severe, particularly during the mornings and evenings.
