JAMMU, July 13 -- Nirbhay Bharat Foundation (NBF) honoured Swati Sharma with Dogra Shurveer Samman for her service to humanity by giving free classes to the students of slum and by distributing ration to underprivileged people during lockdown.
Tarun Uppal, a renowned activist and Chairperson of NBF, felicitated Swati Sharma, who expressed gratitude to NBF for honouring her.
"People have demonstrated their unity, standing up together without any caste, creed and political colour in the battle to combat the spread of the Coronavirus," she said, adding, the same approach should be adopted in nation-building.
