DODA, June 5 -- The Addl. District and Session Judge (Fast Track ) NIA court Doda while hearing the case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act has framed the charges against accused persons involved in case FIR No. 14/2024 of PS Dessa. While giving detail SSP Doda Sh Sandeep Mehta JKPS said that case FIR No. 14/2024 Under section 103 (1) 147,149 315 BNS , U/S 13,16,19 & 20 of UAPA was registered at PS Dessa on 16-07-2024 and investigation of the case was entrusted to Sh Ajay Anand DySP Hqrs Doda.
